I reached out to JB’s Home Energy because they were partnered with MASS Save, and it was honestly one of the biggest mistakes I’ve made. The owner, Josh, had terrible communication throughout the entire process. I was constantly left in the dark and had to follow up multiple times just to get basic updates or information. The experience was frustrating and unprofessional from start to finish. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for any MASS Save programs and avoiding this company if possible. If you enjoy being left in the dark and dealing with poor communication, then this is the perfect company for you. Otherwise, save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.
